Listen To Her Song & Help Us Make Her Dream Come True!
It’s hard to imagine a woman with terminal brain cancer being forgotten. but when needs exceed available governmental, community, and family supports, year after year, these women truly do become invisible. Primarily, this happens because they can’t advocate for themselves coupled with their desire to be uplifting and connect normally when they have the energy to be out of the house.
Courtney wants so much to make the years she has left with her five children awesome, but as a single mother with brain cancer, this has been nearly impossible. Over the past ten years, she’s had two surgeries to remove the slow growing tumor in her brain, impairing the parts used to organize, clean, shop, cook and plan. Ironically, when Courtney’s house is messy and disorganized it makes her problems even worse, causing her to become a mere shell of herself. There has been no remedy to help her, until now!
Will you join in our campaign to free Courtney to do what she CAN do well, by collectively bearing the burden of what crushes her? Truly amazing family members, cherished children, kindhearted church and community friends have warmed her heart and brought smiles and joy throughout the years, rising up to make a difference and helping when she struggles, They have all tried to make up for the underfunded, understaffed aging and disability service obligation shortfall in providing a relilable state caregiver through the years, consistently. Linked above is a song that Courtney wrote, composed, and performed. Though written before she got cancer, the full magnitude of her own words didn’t fully hit her until after the diagnosis. We are seeking volunteers and a wall of 1,000 Liberators to help women like Courtney When they fall through the cracks. Will you be one of our founding $5/mo donors?
